  • Senior Observability Engineer — Cummins Inc (Jan 2022 – Present)

    Serve as a Senior Observability Engineer for Cummins’ Enterprise Observability Platforms, providing governance and strategic direction across monitoring, reliability, and performance initiatives.

    • Drove Dynatrace platform strategy and execution for cloud, Kubernetes, automation, integrations, and reporting.
    • Developed and maintained the Dynatrace Observability Roadmap, aligning capabilities with business priorities and reporting progress to leadership.
    • Managed a seven-member observability support team, directing daily operations, quality control, delivery, and incident response.
    • Supported application teams through training and self-service monitoring while focusing the core platform team on reliability and innovation.
    • Delivered cost savings through AWS optimization and Dynatrace license planning while improving usage visibility and renewal readiness.
    • Governed enterprise initiatives including Splunk migration, Dynatrace Grail migration, global platform expansion, and critical application onboarding.
    • Built automated reporting for SLIs, SLOs, uptime, and performance trends, and communicated risks and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
