Serve as a Senior Observability Engineer for Cummins’ Enterprise Observability Platforms, providing governance and strategic direction across monitoring, reliability, and performance initiatives.
- Drove Dynatrace platform strategy and execution for cloud, Kubernetes, automation, integrations, and reporting.
- Developed and maintained the Dynatrace Observability Roadmap, aligning capabilities with business priorities and reporting progress to leadership.
- Managed a seven-member observability support team, directing daily operations, quality control, delivery, and incident response.
- Supported application teams through training and self-service monitoring while focusing the core platform team on reliability and innovation.
